Principle of data minimisation

This website is implemented as a static site. It sets no analytics or marketing cookies, embeds no tracking or analytics services and uses no third-party fonts (fonts are served locally). No personal usage profiles are created. The contact form's spam protection is an exception (see “Contact form spam protection”).

Server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed) are processed by the hosting provider in server log files. This processing is carried out to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest). The data are not merged with other data sources.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The technical delivery of the form message to us is handled via Cloudflare's email service (Cloudflare Email Service). The data are not passed on to third parties without your consent and are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose.

Contact form spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare Inc. When the contact page is opened, a script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com; in the process, your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser are transmitted to Cloudflare and processed there to distinguish human users from bots. According to the provider, Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an abuse-resistant form.

Processors and disclosure of data abroad

For hosting, delivery of form messages and spam protection we use services provided by Cloudflare Inc. (USA). In this context, personal data – in particular IP addresses as well as the data you enter in the contact form – may be disclosed to and processed in the USA. Cloudflare bases this disclosure on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Swiss-U.S. or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

External shop

For orders you will be redirected to the external online shop (probiom.com). The privacy policy of the respective shop operator applies to the data processing that takes place there.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. To exercise these rights, please contact support@water-salt.com.
